ROLE INFORMATION
The role of a Trading Analyst includes portfolio trading, execution, money movement as well as model analysis, portfolio reporting, monitoring portfolio performance and exposures, back-office operational process and utilization of portfolio management/trading systems. This position will act independently within established investment policy guidelines, while managing complex portfolios.

- Reports to: Frank Pecucci, Director, Trading
SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily trading activity (Equities, ETFs and Fixed Income) and account maintenance, following investment policies/guidelines and within designated portfolio models
- Execution of complex investment strategies using advanced rebalancing software
- Monitor cash balances and drift reports of managed portfolios
- Maintain accurate portfolio accounting for all clients and accounts and trading system across all areas of the firm
- Ensure smooth account transition process and accurate implementation of investment decisions, working closely with various internal departments

- Work in partnership to support internal departments and committees
- Assist with report generation
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC and other governing entities, as well as internal compliance policies and procedures
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Economics preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience required
- Previous experience as a Trading Analyst and/or extensive industry experience preferred
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well, under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive team player
